At RAT ATHLETICS, we are committed to delivering premium sportswear of the highest quality. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our refund, return, and exchange policies below.
1. Returns Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn (except for fitting), and in the same condition that you received them. All original tags and packaging must be intact.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Undergarments, face masks, and other hygiene-sensitive products
2. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Refund timelines by payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days after approval
- Other payment methods:Timing depends on your payment provider’s processing times
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need an exchange for the same product (different size or color), please contact us at support@ratathletics.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
For size exchanges, we recommend placing a new order for the correct size and returning the original item for a refund, as this ensures the fastest delivery.
4. Return Shipping
Domestic returns (US): We provide a prepaid return shipping label for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
International returns: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, and import duties. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@ratathletics.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Pack the item securely with all original packaging, tags, and include the RMA number inside the package
- Ship the item to the address provided in our return instruction email
Returns without an RMA number may be rejected or delayed. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe, please:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your credit card or payment provider, as processing times vary
- If the issue persists, contact us at support@ratathletics.com
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided they have not yet been processed for fulfillment. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@ratathletics.com with your order number.
